Totally new, the apartment is located on the 2nd and last floor of a brand new building (work completed at the end of 2021). All windows have electric shutters. The apartment has reversible hot / cold air conditioning in all rooms. Its interior equipment is also completely new.

On the 1st level of the apartment, you will find :

- A living room with brand new 2-seater sofa bed with high-end mattress (140 x 190 bed), fiber and wifi internet, large TV offering many channels in all languages.

- A fully equipped modern kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, 4 induction hobs, extractor, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine, electric kettle, robot mixer, toaster, citrus press, substantial crockery and many accessories for cooking enthusiasts.

- A quiet balcony, overlooking the pretty pedestrian square overlooked by the hills and the cable car linking to the Sitio of Nazaré, an advantage for smokers (the house is non-smoking inside). The long balcony overlooks both the living room and bedroom 1.
